Baptism Pictures

I think I've mentioned previously that Luis hates getting pictures done these days. I think its a combination of stranger anxiety and sassyness...whatever the reason I was exhausted after this photo session

My naughty boy...

And looking like an angel in his suit.
Luis got a professional haircut before his baptism pictures, so much better than momma's haircut

A visit from Unkie

Erik was able to come home from Arizona for a week in March and we were so glad he was here.
.
Parker was being a boxer in this huge shirt, silly boy.
And yes I know there is no picture of Kade, I can't remember where he went.

Random cuteness

Luis spent a lot of time outside in February because of the gorgeous weather. This first picture is him insisting that Oscar let him go out in the yard.
And the subsequent joy...

"Graduation" dinner and Triplets party

I FINALLY finished my degree in January so Kara and I went out to dinner to celebrate because she completed her's in December. We went to the Keg and had an amazing dinner and drinks.

We also had the triplet's birthday party at Pump It Up. Luis and I had a great time on the giant slide and he of course found the plastic car to drive around.

Stock show

I finally had enough of Luis' hair in January and left Oscar a message saying that he had 1 hour to call back with his objection to me buzzing Luis' head when I picked him up from my mom's. He called and said he actually agreed so these are the results.

It was crooked but still totally worth it.

I took Luis to the stock show when it was in town, we had a good time but he was pretty ticked when it was time to leave the petting zoo! When I went to show him the horses he kept getting really close and saying "Booooo" (meaning moo, which still isn't right but it was cute)

Long time no blog...

After some gentle harassment on Sunday, I decided I better update my blog...it's only been 3 1/2 months :O)

So I'm going to do several posts to try to catch stuff up.

I got a new job on March 2nd. It was something I applied for in July so I was shocked to even get the initial call and then the fact that they called me and offered me a position was even crazier! I am now a Business Development Associate I with the City and County of Denver...this is a fancy name for Welfare case worker. It is a job I have always hoped my degree would let me get and while it is amazingly challenging, I am very excited about the new direction in my life.

Oscar is still working on basements, thank goodness the crappy economy hasn't taken everyone's money. Luis is as sweet and naughty as ever, as you'll see in subsequent posts.
