Long time no blog...

Wow, I can't believe Luis is 8 months old already...how time flies! I still love spending such great quality time with him, nothing beats getting paid to be a stay-at-home mom. I haven't loaded any pictures in a while so I'll throw in a couple of our stinky boy now that he is getting so big.

I need to be more on this...

I was so excited to start a blog and then I post one and don't post anything else for weeks...hmmm

Well Luis and I had a busy past couple of days:

Saturday - Reunion with our birthing class and meeting those cute girls!

Sunday - Family trip to the zoo

Monday - A walk around the mall with Tia Rin and a "date" with Athena, Alessa and Robert

I love that the weather is starting to get nice enough for walks and outside activities, I never realized how cold weather makes me a little stir crazy until I was unemployed.

We leave for Mexico in 1 week and I'm so excited that Luis gets to take his first big trip...I've got to remember to take a million pictures!

My first blog

I realize that some may not want to read my ramblings, but it just feels good to write sometimes (as anyone who has ever had a journal understands).

I am currently a stay-at-home-mom thanks to layoffs at Sprint. I love this time that I've been able to spend with Luis and am already dreading going back to work in June or July.

Having a little adult interaction is important, so luckily I get out of the house at least once a week sans baby for school.

Luis James is seriously the most wonderful baby. Just yesterday I saw something that said "I never said it would be easy, I only said it would be worth it." I couldn't have said it any better myself! Every late night, tiring day and crying fit is worth it!!!
